About Me

I am an astrophysicist passionate about unraveling how high-mass stars form and shape the Universe. Originally from Chile, I moved to the USA in 2008 for my PhD at Boston University. Since 2014, I have been based in Japan, working in an international research environment using cutting-edge radio observatories, especially ALMA.

Beyond science, I enjoy visiting new places and playing sports whenever possible, especially basketball, volleyball, and most of all, table tennis. I play table tennis at a decent level and always welcome new challenges! :)
